01 / For your customers
Booking without an app or a phone call
Your booking page runs in the browser, on any phone. Customers need no account, just a name and an email address.
Your own booking page
At yoursalon.kammzeit.com. Share the link in your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile or on your website.
Service, staff member, time
Customers choose the service, then who with, or simply “anyone available”. Then a free time.
Only free times
Customers only see times that fit the working hours and are not taken. Breaks and existing appointments are left out.
Confirmation with calendar entry
Right after booking, a clear email arrives with your logo, all the details and a calendar file (.ics) for their own phone.
Reminder 24 hours before
Automatically by email. So an appointment gets cancelled rather than forgotten.
Cancellation by link
Up to the deadline you set. The slot can be booked again straight away, and you get an email.
No app, no customer account
Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. The phone number is optional.
Your logo, your colour
Logo, accent colour, address, phone number and a few words about your salon. Plus your opening hours and links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp.
In English or German
You choose the language of your booking page. In German it runs at yoursalon.kammzeit.de, handy if most of your customers speak German.
Cover photo, gallery, design
With Pro your booking page gets a cover photo, a photo gallery and a look of its own. More about Pro

Calendar, records and team in one place
In the dashboard at kammzeit.com. You log in with a link sent by email, there is no password.
Calendar by day and week
- Online bookings and appointments you add yourself side by side, one column per staff member
- Add a phone booking with one click on a free slot, the calendar suggests free times that fit
- Reschedule appointments, mark no-shows and add an internal note that customers never see
- An email to you for every online booking and every cancellation
Customer records with notes
- Every booking creates a customer card or adds to an existing one
- Notes such as colour formula, preferred length or favourite product stay with the customer
- Appointment history: when someone came, what was done, who did not turn up
- Export all your customer records as CSV
Team, services and breaks
- Services with duration, price and a short description
- Staff members with their own working hours, up to two time blocks a day, so breaks are included
- You decide who does which service
- One staff member on the Free plan, unlimited with Pro, each with their own login if you like

- Minimum notice: how short-notice an online booking can be
- Cancellation deadline: until when customers can cancel on their own

Quick to set up, always at hand
Install it as an app
Add the dashboard to your phone or computer straight from the browser, no app store needed. Shortcuts take you to a new appointment, your customers or the queue. The app keeps no customer data on the device.
A tour on your first login
A short tour shows you where everything is. Restart it at any time with the question mark at the top of the dashboard or from the Help centre.
Every EU time zone
From Lisbon to Helsinki: every time zone in the EU is available, plus Switzerland. Your booking page, calendar and emails all run on your salon's local time.
English and German
Kammzeit is in English at kammzeit.com and in German at kammzeit.de, including the dashboard and emails. One account works on both.

New features and tips by email, only once you have confirmed. Unsubscribe at any time with one click or in your settings.

04 / With Pro
For teams and busy salons
Pro costs €14.90 per month or €149 per year. It includes unlimited active staff, no Kammzeit note on your booking page and these three features.
A queue for walk-ins
- Customers without an appointment scan a QR code in your salon and join the queue with their first name
- On their phone they see live how many people are ahead of them and roughly how long it will take
- If they leave an email address, they hear from you when you call them: you're up next
- A screen in your salon shows the numbers, and you add people who ask at the counter yourself
- You turn the queue on and off, and people can only join during your working hours
Logins for your team
- You invite staff by email from the Team page, and they log in with a link just like you
- Two roles: owner and staff member
- Staff see the calendar, customers and notes, run the queue and keep their own working hours up to date
- Plan, settings, services, team and export stay with you
Your booking page, in your style
- A cover photo at the top of your booking page
- A photo gallery with up to 12 pictures, for example hairstyles or nail designs
- A choice of three fonts, rounded or square corners, light or dark and a welcome message of your own
- Pictures are resized, and location data is removed from your photos

Your data stays yours
Servers in the EU
In a data centre in Eygelshoven in the Netherlands. Bookings and customer records never leave the EU.
Data processing agreement
For your customers' data there is a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR. No tracking, no ads.
Log in with an email link
No password that could be guessed. With Pro everyone on your team logs in on their own and only sees what they need for their work.
Export at any time
Customer records as CSV, all of your salon's data as a JSON file.
Delete your account yourself
In the dashboard, without a phone call or a cancellation letter.
Open source
The code is licensed under AGPL-3.0 and you can run it on your own server. Learn more
