Your hands are busy with gel. Bookings come in anyway.

With Kammzeit, your customers choose a new set, an infill or a manicure themselves and only see times where the whole appointment fits. No more arranging appointments by message between two customers.

From a manicure to a full new set

This is how a nail salon might set up its services. Long appointments are no problem: Kammzeit only offers a new set when the full two hours are free before a break or the end of the day. The prices are only examples.

Build in time to tidy up. If you need time to disinfect after each customer, include it in the duration. There's no separate buffer time.

Nail art as a service of its own. Customers choose one service per booking, so you set up combinations with their total duration.

02 / Customer records

Every customer has a card

The customer records hold your notes and all of a customer's appointments, including upcoming ones. You can see at a glance when she was last in and whether her next infill is already booked.

You can see the rhythm. A new set in August, an infill every three weeks since then. One cancellation in September, made up a week later.

Your records belong to you. You can export them as a CSV file at any time.

03 / Salon life

Situations you know

A new set at 16:30, closing time at 18:00.

That doesn't fit, so Kammzeit doesn't offer that time in the first place. Start times only appear if the full 120 minutes fit before a break or the end of the day.

Booking the next one before she leaves.

At the end of the appointment, you add the infill in three weeks straight to the calendar, with an email confirmation if she wants one. Or she books later herself using your link, up to 180 days ahead depending on your settings.

Two hours blocked, and she doesn't come.

24 hours before, every customer with an email address gets a reminder with a link to cancel. Anyone who cancels frees up the time straight away. If someone still doesn't turn up, you mark a no-show, and it's on the customer card.

Only Jana does pedicures.

You decide who offers which service. When a customer books a pedicure, she only sees Jana's free times.

She reacts to HEMA.

Good to know at her next appointment. But think carefully before putting it on the customer card.

An allergy to an ingredient or a nail condition is health data, a special category of personal data under the GDPR. Only note it if the customer explicitly agrees, and keep it as brief as possible.

“Are you free on Thursday?”

Instead of going back and forth in a chat, send the link to your booking page. Your customer sees all free times and books herself, with no app and no account.

04 / Team and booking page

What else is included

Anything that needs Pro is marked. Everything else is part of the Free plan too.

Your nail art on your booking page

Every booking page shows your logo, links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp, and your opening hours based on your working hours. Pro adds a gallery of up to 12 photos of your work, plus a cover image, a choice of font, rounded or square corners, light or dark and a welcome text.

Separate logins for your team Pro

Every colleague logs in with a link sent by email, no password needed. Staff members see the calendar and the customer records, add appointments and keep their own working hours up to date. Services, prices, team, settings and your plan stay with you, and so do deleting and exporting customers.

Kammzeit as an app

You can install your dashboard on your phone, tablet or computer. It then opens in its own window like an app, with shortcuts for a new appointment and your customer records. The app doesn't store customer data on the device. Your customers still don't need an app.

In English or German

You choose one language for your booking page, English or German, and confirmations and reminders go out in that language too. English works well for a mixed, international clientele. Other languages aren't available yet.

05 / To be honest

What Kammzeit can't do for nail salons yet

Buffer time

There's no separate setting for time between two appointments. Include it in the duration of the service.

Add-ons

Customers choose one service per booking. Set up nail art, French tips or extensions as combinations of their own.

Deposit when booking

Understandable with a two-hour new set, but nobody pays anything online. Agree a deposit in person; reminders and the cancellation deadline help too.

Text messages

Confirmations and reminders are sent by email. Kammzeit doesn't send text messages (SMS).

Set up your services and send the link.

Free, with no time limit. All you need is an email address.
