Only Anna does balayage.
You decide who offers which service. When someone books balayage, they can only choose Anna or “Anyone available”, and they only see Anna's free times. Apprentices can be left out of services they don't do yet.
With Kammzeit, your customers book their appointments online. Every service has its real duration, and everyone on your team has their own working hours, breaks included. Customers only see start times where the whole appointment fits, and they book while you're cutting.

02 / A day on the grid
On Tuesdays, Anna works from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. In Kammzeit, that's two blocks on the same day. The booking page offers start times every 15 minutes, but only those where the whole appointment fits into one block.
03 / Salon life
You decide who offers which service. When someone books balayage, they can only choose Anna or “Anyone available”, and they only see Anna's free times. Apprentices can be left out of services they don't do yet.
Working hours are set per weekday. If you enter nothing for your apprentice on Tuesdays, they can't be booked that day. They only work until 14:00 on Mondays? You set that for the weekday, too.
Every customer has a customer card with your notes and all their appointments. If it says “7/1 + 7/0, 6%, 1:1, 35 min”, you don't have to guess at the next root touch-up.
An allergy to hair dye or a scalp condition is health data, a special category of personal data under the GDPR. Only note something like this if the customer explicitly agrees, and keep it as brief as possible.
You add phone bookings to the calendar yourself. If the time is already taken, Kammzeit tells you. If you like, the customer gets a confirmation email with a link to cancel.
Customers with an email address get a reminder 24 hours before, with a link to cancel. Anyone who can't make it cancels there, and the time can be booked again straight away. You decide how late customers can cancel online, from “until the appointment starts” to “two days before”.
With the minimum notice, you decide how close to the appointment customers can still book online, from “immediately” to one day before. That way nothing lands in your calendar while you're in the middle of a colour.
04 / Team and booking page
Anything that needs Pro is marked. Everything else is part of the Free plan too.
Everyone on your team logs in with a link sent by email, no password needed. Staff members see the calendar and the customer records with all colour formulas, add appointments and keep their own working hours up to date. Services, prices, team, settings and your plan stay with you, and so do deleting and exporting customers.
You can install your dashboard on your phone, tablet or the computer at reception. It then opens in its own window like an app, with shortcuts for a new appointment and your customer records. The app doesn't store customer data on the device. Your customers still don't need an app.
Every booking page shows your logo, links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp, and your opening hours based on your working hours. Pro adds a cover image, a choice of font, rounded or square corners, light or dark, a welcome text and a gallery of up to 12 photos, for example of cuts and colours from your salon.
You choose one language for your booking page, English or German, and confirmations and reminders go out in that language too. English works well for a mixed, international clientele. Other languages aren't available yet.
05 / To be honest
An appointment blocks the person for its whole duration. You can't fit a men's cut into the processing time of a colour, neither online nor in the calendar.
Customers choose one service per booking. Set up combinations like “colour and cut” as a service of their own.
Nobody pays anything online. Reminders, the cancellation deadline and the no-show mark on the customer card help against missed appointments.
Confirmations and reminders are sent by email. Kammzeit doesn't send text messages (SMS).
Free, with no time limit. All you need is an email address.
