90min intensive facial

01 / Example price list

Classic or intensive? Your customer knows before booking.

This is how a beauty salon might set up its treatments. Each variant is a service of its own, with duration, price and a short description. The prices are only examples.

The right time in the calendar. When a customer books the intensive facial, Kammzeit plans 90 minutes; for the classic one, 60. So nothing gets squeezed in.

No guesswork before booking. Duration, price and description are on your booking page before the customer decides.

02 / Your rules

Long appointments need clear rules

A 90-minute treatment cancelled on the morning itself is hard to fill. So you decide how short-notice customers can book and until when they can cancel online. These three booking rules apply to your whole booking page.

Minimum notice
1 day before
So you can prepare products and plan your day. Options: from immediately up to 1 day before.
Cancellation deadline
up to 2 days before
After that, customers can only cancel with you directly. Options: from “until the appointment starts” up to 2 days before.
Booking window
90 days
For customers who like to plan their next appointment straight away. Options: 14 to 180 days.
Example settings for a beauty salon. You can change them at any time.

03 / Salon life

Situations you know

The phone rings while you're applying a mask.

Customers book online, around the clock. You get an email for every booking and every cancellation, and you look when you have time.

Combination skin, sensitive, can't tolerate retinol.

Skin type, products used and aftercare tips go on the customer card. It also lists all of the customer's past and upcoming appointments.

Allergies, skin conditions or medication are health data, a special category of personal data under the GDPR. Only note them with the customer's explicit consent and as briefly as possible. The data is stored on servers in the EU, and there is a data processing agreement for your customer data.

Only your colleague does lash lifts.

You decide who offers which treatment. When a customer books a lash lift, they only see the free times of the colleague who does it.

Tuesdays from 13:00 only.

Working hours are set per weekday, with up to two blocks per day. A treatment is only offered if it finishes before the break or the end of the day.

The customer forgot her appointment.

24 hours before, she gets a reminder by email, with a link to cancel. If she still doesn't come, you mark the appointment as a no-show, and it appears on her customer card.

People book in the evening, from the sofa.

Your booking page works in the browser on any phone, with no app and no customer account. Your address, phone number and a short text about your salon are on it too.

04 / Team and booking page

What else is included

Anything that needs Pro is marked. Everything else is part of the Free plan too.

Separate logins for your team Pro

Every colleague logs in with a link sent by email, no password needed. Staff members see the calendar and the customer records, add appointments and keep their own working hours up to date. Services, prices, team, settings and your plan stay with you, and so do deleting and exporting customers. Keep in mind that anyone with a login sees all notes in the customer records.

Kammzeit as an app

You can install your dashboard on your phone, tablet or computer. It then opens in its own window like an app, with shortcuts for a new appointment and your customer records. The app doesn't store customer data on the device. Your customers still don't need an app.

Your booking page, your salon

Every booking page shows your logo, links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp, and your opening hours based on your working hours. Pro adds a cover image, a choice of font, rounded or square corners, light or dark, a welcome text and a gallery of up to 12 photos, for example of your treatment rooms, brows and lashes.

In English or German

You choose one language for your booking page, English or German, and confirmations and reminders go out in that language too. English works well for a mixed, international clientele. Other languages aren't available yet.

05 / To be honest

What Kammzeit can't do for beauty salons yet

Treatment rooms and equipment

Kammzeit plans by person, not by room or device. If two therapists share a treatment room, Kammzeit doesn't check whether both have booked it for the same time.

Gift vouchers

Kammzeit doesn't have them. Keep selling and recording vouchers the way you do now.

Treatment courses

Customers book online one appointment at a time. You can add the follow-up appointments of a course to the calendar yourself.

Deposit when booking

Nobody pays anything online. Minimum notice, the cancellation deadline and reminders help against missed appointments.

Set up your salon at your own pace.
