Kammzeit
Booking page language
- Open Settings in the menu and go to the Appearance section.
- Under Booking page language, choose English or Deutsch and click Save.
Your customers see the booking page, the cancellation page and the queue in this language, and they receive all emails about their appointments in it. Handy if your salon is in a city with lots of international customers, or if most of your customers speak German.
The address under “Your booking page” changes with the language: an English booking page has an address like salon-example.kammzeit.com, a German one salon-example.kammzeit.de. Both addresses work and show the same page in the language you chose, so links you have already shared keep working.
One account for both sites
- The dashboard is in English on kammzeit.com and in German on kammzeit.de. You use the same account with the same email address on both.
- A login is only valid on the site where you logged in. If you want to use both, log in once on each.
- The login link always takes you to the site where you requested it.
Emails in your language
- Emails to you, such as login links and notifications about new bookings and cancellations, are sent in the language of the site where you last requested a login link.
- Emails to your customers are sent in the language of your booking page, whatever language your dashboard is in.
- Invitations to staff are sent in the language of your booking page. If a staff member later logs in through the other site, they receive their emails in that site's language.
The website
At the top of every page on kammzeit.com, “Deutsch” takes you to the German version on kammzeit.de, and “English” brings you back. Prices and features are the same on both sites. The legal texts on kammzeit.com are translations; the German versions are legally binding.
