Find your address
Open Settings in the menu. Right at the top, under “Your booking page”, you will find the address, for example https://salon-example.kammzeit.com. Click Copy link to copy it. Or click Booking page at the top right of the dashboard and copy the address from your browser's address bar.
If your booking page is set to German, its address ends in .kammzeit.de. The .kammzeit.com address keeps working too, see Language and kammzeit.de.
Your own domain, such as bookings.your-salon.com, is not available on kammzeit.com yet. It is planned. If you host Kammzeit yourself, you can already use any domain.
- Open your profile, tap Edit profile, then Links and Add external link.
- Paste the address, add a title such as “Book an appointment” and save.
In stories you can use the link sticker: create a story, tap the sticker icon, choose Link and paste the address. Handy for last-minute gaps such as “Free tomorrow at 14:00”.
Google Business Profile
Many people look up their salon on Google Search or Google Maps and tap the link in the profile.
- Sign in to Google with the account that manages your Business Profile and search for your salon's name.
- Choose Edit profile, then the section with your contact details.
- If you don't have a website of your own, enter your booking page under Website. If you do, put the booking page into the field for appointment links, if Google offers it to you.
- Save. Google sometimes reviews changes before they go live.
- Status: post a text with the link, for example “You can now book online: https://salon-example.kammzeit.com”. WhatsApp shows a preview of the page.
- WhatsApp Business profile: in the settings, under the business tools, add your booking page as the website in your business profile.
- WhatsApp Business quick replies: create a reply with the link, for example with the shortcut “/book”. Every booking request then takes just a tap.
A button on your website
Paste this HTML snippet where the button should appear and replace salon-example with your own address. Most website builders, such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Jimdo, have a block called “HTML”, “Embed” or “Custom code” for this.
<a href="https://salon-example.kammzeit.com"
style="display:inline-block;padding:14px 22px;background:#0a0a0a;color:#ffffff;font:700 16px/1.2 system-ui,sans-serif;text-decoration:none">
Book online
</a>
The colour of the button comes after background:. If a plain text link is enough, use just <a href="https://salon-example.kammzeit.com">Book online</a>.
More places
- Your email signature and your Facebook page (the “Website” field).
- Appointment cards, business cards and your shop window: the address is short enough to type. For the window, a QR code with the address works well. Any QR code generator can make one. For walk-ins, Pro comes with a separate QR code for joining the queue, see Queue.
- Your voicemail greeting: “You can also book online at …”
Instagram, Google and WhatsApp rename their menus from time to time. If in doubt, look for “Link” or “Website”.
